Bankside Cuisine | Spiced Curry Noodles

The authentic eastern taste of a coconut curry - plus it's super simple to cook!

You’ll need: RidgeMonkey Multi-Purpose Pan

• 1 cooked chicken breast
• 1pkt udon noodles
• 1pkt coconut curry sauce
• 50g beansprouts
• 3 spring onions

Home prep: Cook up a chicken breast at home and cut into strips (these make a handy protein snack too), or if you prefer it really fresh you can easily do it on the bank on the griddle pan.


1. The ingredients you'll need…

2. Pour the coconut sauce into the deep pan.

3. Add a splash of water and bring to temperature.

4. Add your cooked chicken to the pan and fully heat through.

5. Add the udon noodles to the sauce.

6. Stir in noodles until separated.

7. Cut the spring onions and add to the pan.

8. Garnish with coriander for an authentic taste.

9. Season with garlic granules and salt.

10. Finally, add beansprouts for a little crunch.
