BANKSIDE CUISINE | Sausage and Bacon Casserole
A hearty meal set to keep you warm all session long! Bacon and sausages are a match made in heaven, so why not kill two birds with one stone and just get pigs in blankets! The casserole is filling enough, but if you feel you need a little extra sustenance, it goes well with rice, mash or some nice crusty bread.

You’ll need: RidgeMonkey Multi-Purpose Pan
Ingredients:
• Pork sausages and bacon (or combine the two with pigs in blankets
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp paprika
• 400g tin of chopped tomato
• 1 chicken stock cube
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• Splash of Worcester sauce
• Salt, pepper and mixed herbs
• 400g tin of butter beans

Method:
1. Everything you need for delicious sausage casserole.
2. Start by cooking the sausages and bacon (or pigs in blankets)...
3. ... add the onions and brown all over.
4. Finely chop your garlic and add to the pan.
5. Spinkly in a helping of paprika...
6. ... add a tin of chopped tomatoes...
7. ... squeeze in your tomato puree...
8. ... add a good dash of worcester sauce and stir.
9. Now crumble in a stock cube...
10. ... and season with salt, pepper and mixed herbs.
11. Give it another good stir and add a tin of butter beans...
12. ... simmer away until thickened slightly and you're ready to serve!
