The Epic Tactical quick-erect bivvy is a high spec, fully versatile and affordable bivvy system, designed to combat any environment in all weather conditions.

When erect, the Epic Tactical bivvy measures 290cm wide, 240 high and 150cm deep, and is the perfect shelter for use all year round and to take anywhere, whether that be venues at home or trips abroad. The bivvy provides full coverage and protection with the installation of a fully integrated peak and integrated rain guttering system.

A pivoting lever cam feature allows for the super-fast set-up and pack-away times. Operating the lever controls the opening or closure of the five-rib aluminium frame, which makes full use of new anti-twist joint connections. There has also been a conscious effort to increase usable internal space and create generous headroom. Wychwood has used the most durable of materials for the construction of the Epic Tactical Bivvy, with a monster 20,000mmm waterproof yet relatively lightweight fabric.

Air flow was also a top priority for this shelter, so there are two large windows at the rear. Letterbox styled zippers aid air flow in combination with privacy mosquito mesh. Extra storage is supplied via two internal twin mesh pockets, which can be positioned on the side and rear walls of the shelter and the included hang hook can be used for a receiver or bivvy lamp, while outside Velcro rod restraints secure your expensive setups.

The bivvy is supplied in its own carry bag, along with a heavy duty zipped groundsheet, peg set, quarter cap and tension straps. The entire bivvy weighs just 14.30kg and is a truly impressive piece of kit that will provide bankside comfort and protection by the bucketload!
