Additional Info: A flying visit to my favourite lake before kicking off my spring campaign resulted in this beautiful Cotswold carp. Despite the strong North Easterly winds and torrential rain, it was evident the carp were active and on the feed. Before landing this one, I sadly lost another in the weed. Carp like this one are the reason I keep going back to bramble mere though, the stock is unreal. Beautiful, dark, scaley mirrors, some unique commons too. Roll on July when I’m back there again!
