This reel has been purposefully designed for long-range carp fishing. When teamed with the correct rod the large spool capacity and a low diameter line will see each baited rig fly out towards the horizon. What is necessary when using such a reel is a good line retrieve and the LS-6K has just that, with 104 centimetres of line retrieved per rotation.
