I’m usually fairly cynical when it comes to ‘wonder baits’ but after listening to endless tales of success attributed to this bait, from, among others, my colleague Dan Wildbore, I was happy to put it to the test. The bait oozes a marzipan-like aroma instantly, but with a creamy undertone that appeals. Breaking one open also revealed plenty of ingredients, so I was confident enough that it would work. So far I’ve caught on nearly every trip when using it.
