Additional Info: When I arrived on peg 1 (manor farm) I explored the bottom of the lake hoping to find a clear spot to present a rig proudly and confidently. Once found I set up a hinge rig topped with a 14mm yellow northern special just as a single hookbait. No extra freebie’s just straight to buisness hoping to nick a bite from these big dark weary carp. Worked perfectly and landed me the most stunning carp I have ever personally seen and was lucky enough to catch it myself. It was last caught approx 4-5 years ago to my knowledge, the carp was also last weighed at 36lb. Absolutely surreal!
