USED AND ABUSED: ESP LANDING NET - 25/06/2010

Jason says: The most obvious feature on this net is the extendable handle that provides an extra 2ft reach when needed. This is a godsend when playing fish on zigs or when you have particularly weedy margins. The pole is extended using the twist-lock mechanism, which is simple to adjust, even when playing a fish. The net head is quite shallow but I prefer this because I find some are a little on the deep side. There are two versions of the ESP landing net, namely green or camou, and each comes with a net float attached. All in all, this has about as many features as a landing net could ever offer, and I am pretty impressed with it.
