Ultima Bags High-Profile Consultant - 14/04/2010

Former British record holder and all-round nice guy Lee ‘Jacko’ Jackson has signed as a consultant for Ultima.

The Kent-based rod, with his wealth of carp angling experience, will be a huge asset to the manufacturer of lines, braids and hook-link materials. On speaking to Total Carp, Lee commented: “Ultima has really come to the forefront in carp fishing in recent years and I feel privileged to now be part of the team. I’m looking forward to introducing even more fresh ideas to the brand and helping it to go from strength to strength.”

Ultima’s chief consultant Pete Wilson is also pleased with the signing, adding: “To have Lee’s ideas, experience and personality available to the company will only help to strengthen its products and image.”
