Huge Tackle Show and Sale - 14/07/2010

The weekend of August 21st and 22nd will see carpers descending on Haydock Park Racecourse for the Carp & Coarse Show.

There will be a host of carp stars in attendance to help you with any carp fishing queries, as well as talking you through the latest tackle releases. ACF contributor Ian Chillcott heads the list of celebrities and he’s set to be joined by Mitch Smith, Neil Smith and Derek ‘The Don’ Ritchie. You’ll be able to pick the brains of the Fox consultants in a special Fox interactive area, which is all pretty convenient! If you’re in the market for a new shelter, or you just want to browse the latest bivvies from Fox, Maver and StarBaits then you’ll be pleased to note that there’s a dedicated bivvy village where you’ll find all the bivvies set up and ready for inspection.

So, we reckon that there will be something for everyone at the show and it’s the perfect place for a family day out, give it a go. Admission costs £6 for adults, £4 for juniors and under 12s can get in for free. Ring 01606 46060 to book your tickets and you’ll get a reduced rate.
